Wenger’s transfer goofs/Arsenal can’t compete with big clubs?

From David :

Myles,

I give up!

He almost certainly will NEVER get it right on transfers.

I finally agree with you Myles.

This circus will painfully go on and on until he is done with his “mission” at Ashburton Grove.

I am puzzled to confirm whatever seems so straightforward to dozens of other competitors looks way to difficult to implement for the Arsenal.

For instance, let’s assume Wenger had Lacazette and Yadder as his plan “A” and “B” striking acquisitions this summer. Assuming the former is costly (which I don’t considering Xhaka’s purchase when say, Wanyama was available at a third of the price), why then let fumble on the latter and let him join Seville?

And how the HECK did Jose get sacked at Chelsea, return to employment at Manchester United, then virtually manage to finish his piece of transfer business at his new work station way before Wenger, who has been on the same job for two decades?

Let’s not even digest the contrasting quotes between Wenger and Gazidis in the past few weeks for now.

Sadly, this is the chief reason Arsenal have failed to win a league title for the past 12 seasons. This season won’t be different. If anything it could be worse.

I hope yourself and yours are all fine.

Please find time and watch the Kenyans do their thing in the middle and long distance races at in Rio.

By the way, this required some strategy and planning!

Keep well big brother,

Myles says:

I heard that Gazidis said Arsenal couldn’t compete with the big clubs!

The reason Arsenal don’t compete is simple: the club is owned by Kroenke and run by Wenger with Gazidis working under him.

Jose, David, was Manchester United manager on December 23.

The deal was 99% done then, as I’ve explained more than once.

So Mourinho has had six months to decide what United need.

PS. Wanyama? I like him a lot

But only one footballer has been produced by Kenya.

When is the next one going to play for Celtic?
