I’m surprised a man who has been watching football as long as you thought it was born in the 80s.
Any 42-year old who once played Subbuteo would tell you that. Great to see the return of the Tango though.
It has made for the best football tournament since ’86.
Myles admits :
I’ve never played Subbuteo and didn’t play table-football till ’74.
And I’m no historian either, although I knew a bit about the French Revolution and Napoleon when I did A-level history in a year. I got a B.
Since then the only history I’ve read is the history that politicians don’t want us to know.
