Tim Sherwood puts Arsenal 11 points clear of Manchester United

Manchester United 1 Spurs 2?

That surprised me.

I’d been having a good day up till that game.

Three bets:

Luis Suarez to score and Liverpool to win the match.

Man City to beat Swansea.

Which they did by 3-2.

And Arsenal to beat Cardiff.

Bendtner scored in 88 and Walcott made it 2-0 in 90. I thought Arsenal had blown it but they won to stay top.

Having won those 3, I decided to have another bet.

Looked at Rooney to score and United to win the match.

But in the end I had a more conservative punt on United to beat Spurs.

Instead, Spurs beat them 2-1.

I’m typing this between a phone  call and starting to watch  Sherlock, my favourite TV show, which is back on BBC1 at 9pm.

It’s slick,clever, funny & very English.

My kind of programme and Jan loves it as well.

PS. Episode 2 of 3 is on Sunday 5th at 8.30pm
