From Alex : Why Bayern will beat Chelsea

From Alex Marc : very poor judgement

Dear Myles,

If you were a long time friend, if we had gone to school together, shared a cruise through the decadent 80’s, I would have asked you what in the world have you been smoking that was so strong to impair your judgment so dramatically.

Chelsea have nothing to park in front of their goal: their meanest defenders are out of the game and the only potential central defenders available are half injured.

Good luck to them to contain Robben (yes Ashley can do a decent job here!), Ribery (overrated maybe but can score all by himself at any time against anybody…check out his goal against Dortmund last Saturday!), Gomez (can be deadly in many ways, admittedly can be wasteful, but also because he is dangerous out of nothing or nowhere), Müller (used as a joker “de luxe” in a more central role).

In midfield Chelsea will be overun over and over again. They will be without their “lungs”: Ramires and Meireles.

A walk in the park for Schweinsteiger, Kroos & Co.

– And last but not least Boateng will be more than a match physically for anything that Drogba will attempt. Yes they will miss Badstuber to a certain extent but not as much as Terry/Ivanovic.

-Neuer is a much better “penalty killer” than Cech. So even at 0-0, Chelsea won’t be able to speculate that penalties might be a favorable outcome for them.

-Bayern is playing at home.

This one is simply one miracle too far for Chelsea, and if they do not score first, they won’t even get a look in.

Myles, take it easy and do not bet the ranch on that one.

Best regards.
