There is no link from PE teacher to clubs. Link a club to secondary schools, and in turn to primary schools.
Get the best coaches into primary schools. What you teach 5-11 is so much harder to teach 11-15.
I guess I am questioning – can we have the best league in the word and the best national team at the same time? Has that ever been the case – the nation with the strongest league winning national tournaments?
