I am sure many of your faithful readers like me would gladly point out to you Walcott’s latest comment:
“We do a lot of defensive work as a whole team, as a whole unit, getting your positions, getting into the habit, which we never really had before.
“And it’s definitely coming along. Steve has been fantastic. He says what he thinks. He wouldn’t be a yes-man. He’d disagree at times. It’s great. He’d be honest with you, which you want.”
So here you go.. finally someone who has the guts to tell Arsene what he thinks.
I may be jumping the gun here, but with Guardiola making appearance at the Emirates this Dec, I just hope that this will not be a one-off.
Over to you, Gazidis.
Myles says :
Wenger’s greatest signing would be Pep but Pep wouldn’t manage Arsenal if AW was still around.
The Guardiolas are living in New York and Pep wants his kids to learn English.
Sir Alex keeps an apartment in New York and was there to support Andy Murray in the US Open final.
Some say Alex and Pep got together.
If those two met up in a hotel or restaurant, they’d be spotted and tweeted.
But in an apartment block in Manhattan, who would see them?
