Does diamond Danny Fiszman, strolling on the shores of Lake Geneva, even know about this?
Do Arsenal really want to trademark the word “Gooner” ?
Do they, as they apparently claim, seek to “protect” the word Gooner from other marketing companies?
AFC has applied to the UK Intellectual Property Office.
It will be interesting to see the result of that application.
If it’s approved, we could see quality Gooner coats, polo shirts and boxer shorts. Or we could see cheap, nasty, naff Gooner coats, polo shirts and boxer shorts. A lot of the Sporter stuff in the Armoury is embarrassing rubbish
If this Gooner range is such a great idea, why wasn’t it done five years ago? 10 years ago?
