If the club had paid a dividend to Kroenke, they would have had to pay a dividend to Usmanov.
And Usmanov doesn’t want to take money out, he wants to put it in.
Actions have consequences : David Dein was kicked out.
So he sold his shares to a guy he’d met twice.
That’s the reality. That’s what happened.
And that’s why Kroenke was paid £3m for his “advice”.
