Will missing link Gabriel Jesus be a season-changer for Guardiola?

Man City won 4-0 at West Ham last night.

And Gabriel scored his first goal for his new club.

He’s 19 and already combines well with Raheem (22) and Leroy Sane (21).

And playmaker Kevin De Bruyne is perfect for fast attackers who want the ball early.

Because Kevin can see them instantly and supply perfectly-weighted passes.

Kevin is smooth but impatient. He wants to slice through you now.

KDB is the most gifted footballer of Belgium’s golden generation and he can help Brazil’s new wonderboy to become more confident every week.

My early impression  of Gabriel is that, like Kevin, he wants to finish the game before the ref blows the final whistle.

He’s very skilful but not tricksy. Instead, he has a dynamic quality that I’m gonna love.

As Pep Guardiola said last night, “He has a good mentality, so aggressive. He will become a good player.”

Pep also said, “He has a dream to become something in world football.”

The kid came to UK after playing a full season for Palmeiras and he’s had a few weeks off and he now looks ready to light up the Premier League.

I can’t wait to see what Gabriel can do in City’s next 15 games.

I’ll be surprised he doesn’t score the Goal of the Month soon.
