Trophies? Who needs them? Not Arsenal, apparently!

Gazidis being weak again. Joke of a quote from our CEO.

No mention of a commitment to winning trophies. AKA sign the players we need.

Of course that would be a crazy metric for a football club that has no debt and £200m in the bank.
They seem more interested in running the business efficiently than winning trophies (or at least competing).

Still, when the CEO is interviewed by a stubborn manager who has failed to adapt his style in 8 years, we cannot be surprised.

I’m so glad I gave my £1,400 season ticket up two years ago.

If i want to watch Groundhog Day, I’ll watch the version with Bill Murray!

Rant over. Keep up the good work, Myles. It’s cathartic for us fans.

Myles says:

Why give £1,400 a year to an odd football club with two CEOs?
One of whom wears a tracksuit?

It’s a farce that should be staged in the West End theatre.
Only three cheap sets needed: boardroom, dressing room, technical area.

But the play would need a title.

Any suggestions?

From Darryl : The Arsenal West End Play

The Title of the Arsenal West End Farce could be:

Brainwashing, Bluster and Bullshit or Sixty Thousand Blind Mice or Arsenal, Where’s Your Trousers?
