From Alex Abreu Gontijo in Rio de Janeiro
Will Aaron Ramsey be important in this second leg?
Yes, the Welshman has talent. Who knows if he can do in Madrid what Roy Keane did in Turin in 1999 and give Arsene a dreaming and deserved au revoir?
Would Alexis Sanchez have made a difference in a hard game like this?
Yes!! He was dangerous against Brazil at his home soil, he is dangerous everywhere, as far i am concerned. He can do a Neymar, a Gabriel Jesus or a Roberto Firmino.
Is Alex Lacazette the right striker for this second leg?
If he scores, yes . He needs score to mark his name on the international stage. Until today he is an also-ran. Trophies make you eternal in this game.
Do your friends admire the skills of Ozil?
Yes!!! He is street wise like our late Socrates. Football looks easy when Mesut plays. He just doesn’t have a bigger CV because football is so physical today, with fewer artists.
Diego Simeone, once captain, is now coach. Has Simeone ever said he wants to leave?
Once he said, “The Argentina FA never invited me to be the national coach.” That is big surprise because “Cholo” was once Argentina’s most-capped player and he did amazing things with Argentina after they had 7 coaches in 10 years !!! His future belongs in Italy. He speaks the language. This former hard man was a legend in Pisa, Lazio and Inter. Premiership?? I don´t think so because he doesn’t speak English.
Do Brazilian fans wish you had Jan Oblak for this World Cup?
He is well known in Brazil because he played four years in the Portuguese League and because of the language and so many of our players there. Allison and Ederson are good enough, although they are not as influential as the Slovenian.
