ARSENAL and Fulham have had almost zero preparation for this game, after 15 days away from Premiership action.
Arsenal can’t get back to where they were when thrashing Norwich 4-1 and Fulham don’t want to get back to where they were when losing 4-3 at Portsmouth.
The Dutch iceman is on fire and he is not playing for Holland these days.
So Dennis is fresh and up for it.
If Fulham can’t handle Yokubu, they can’t handle Reyes and Henry.
That’s why Arsenal will win at Craven Cottage.
VIEIRA may be back.
Pat needs love at the moment.
His Real Madrid move did not work out and he was made captain of France and then sent off in the Faroes, where France won 2-0 with a young team on a poor pitch.
Pat has been having a rough time.
What does Arsene really think about Pat wanting to leave?
We will never know that, but AW is a forgiving boss who knows that Pat, like any other player, will take at least three games to get back to his best.
Fulham is an easier game than Chelsea’s test at Aston Villa, a lunchtime kick off.
That will be a tight battle.
Gudjohnsen might be the difference.
With Robbie Keane and Defoe in tandem, Spurs should beat Norwich on Sunday.
DAVID JAMES kept Man City up, not Keegan, so he will bounce back with a shut-out at home to Everton.
Maybe. City don’t keep many clean sheets.
LIVERPOOL should thrash West Brom.
I’ve heard that Gerrard will go to Real Madrid in January.
Apparently, everybody on Merseyside thinks Stevie had to sign a new contract because of death threats to his parents.
Fans are often more interesting than players.
But they are often absurd, neurotic, and psychotic.
STOP BEING SILLY !
Get a life!
It’s only football !
THE ROW over England’s press black-out in Katowice rumbles on.Sponsors have said they must never do that again or it will cost the FA £300 million !
Three things I’d say :
1. If Beckham and Owen had scored, I bet they would have done TV and press interviews.
2. It was wrong for Beckham and Neville to deny Defoe his pat on the back.
But at least JD’s Mum and girlfriend were there to see his first goal for England.
3. The heroes of Katowice will sell their “thoughts” in ghosted columns over the next few days. They need the money.
