Fabregas family moving to Belgravia soon. Maybe

From Ben: Fabregas

Do you think Arsene will bring him back? Do you have any insider information?

My favourite ever Arsenal player. I want the lad back. Simple as, now if only Arsene wasn’t so difficult.

You provided us with some news last summer that it looked like Cesc would be returning back to l’Arse. Obviously that did not happen, but with reports stating that he’s leaving Barca this summer, and with the buy-back clause, do you think Arsene will activate it and bring home the best player Arsenal has ever had (Yes, he eclipses Henry, for me. He’s a Spanish magician).

Imagine: Fabregas, Ozil, Ramsey, Cazorla, Wilshere, Rosicky. Immense.

And to all who say we don’t need someone in that position – well, we did last season with all those injuries! If we had Cesc last term, we would have made up those 7 points in the league.

Myles says:

No insider information so far, Ben.

This one has been a bit under the radar but a deal could happen today.

Two weeks ago I was  told what happened last summer with transfers and I’ll write about that this week  .

Sometimes it takes nine months to find out what really went on.

Like you, I’m a huge Fabregas fan.

But if he didn’t come last summer, he  may not come now.

Big factor: I believe his  daughter and partner still live in Mayfair.

To all those who told me in 2011  that Barcelona don’t need Fabregas, I’d point out that he played 149  games and scored 41  goals with 42 assists.

He   has 87 caps and 13 goals for Spain. And  he gave Iniesta the pass for the goal that won the World Cup.

He’s been seen a lot around Belgravia in the last six weeks.

Fabregas  was 27 last month, so he’s still too young to manage Arsenal.

Seeing that happen is my football dream.

Would he play for Manchester City?  Hard to say.

But football today is all about money.

Most players want to maximise their earnings.
