Joe Hart and Petr Cech have both kept 7 clean sheets.
So has Joe’s pal Jack Butland at Stoke.
I like Monday Night Football but don’t know if I like Arsenal playing on Monday nights.
With the game three days away, Friday morning is too soon to start talking about how it will go.
But I reckon Arsenal are more consistent defensively.
Without big Vincent Kompany to lead them, Citeh have coughed up some awful goals. But they do have a helluva lot of creativity, pace and firepower.
With Aguero having been out so long, I’m not sure he will even start this game.
This Arsenal team found its balance, its style, when Coquelin & Cazorla played together at the Etihad and Arsenal surprised everyone by winning 2-0.
That was a significant moment.
Arsenal found twin anchors: a young ballwinner and a two-footed ball-keeper-playmaker-movestarter.
From that moment, the team improved hugely.
But Coquelin & Cazorla are both injured.
So Ramsey now has to do stuff he’s never liked doing.
Arsenal can definitely make chances and score goals. So the key will be whether they can defend better than Citeh.
