He looks so totally unconcerned about the defeat.
A 90-minute match for his first team is so insignificant in the grand scheme of his day job’s many responsibilities? As if he had no particular thoughts or expectations before the game & perhaps no time to communicate them even if he had.
When he first arrived, you sensed he knew the psychological importance of matches against ‘title rivals.’
This is no longer the case because he, like the more sensible Arsenal fans, knows Arsenal can’t win the title and has no such ambition.
Play pretty football occasionally, come 4th and keep the money coming in – the modern meaning of Arsene FC.
