My Gooner friends think the turning points of the game were (1) Squillaci coming on (2) Diaby’s red card and (3) the performance of referee Phil Dowd.
Arsenal were 4-0 up at Newcastle but drew 4-4.
Do those eight goals tell us anything we didn’t know already?
With Wolves beating Man United 2-1, Arsenal’s point closed the gap to four points.
I’ve got plenty to say about Newcastle but I’m still thinking about one factor that my friends haven’t mentioned.
