Theo Walcott started off like he finished at West Ham last week. He didn’t stop running all game and kept challenging back and helping the defence more than he’s ever done.
Ozil scored the second from a lovely lofted ball from Sanchez, heading it sweetly over reserve keeper Lee Grant, who was in no-mans land.
Oxlade chased around and played quite well.
Coquelin did OK but gave a few balls away.
Mustafi’s hamstring may keep him out for while.
Bellerin came on for Mustafi and played as if he’d never been away.
With Gabriel moving to centreback, the disruption wasn’t huge.
Petr Cech tipped one over the bar for a corner.
Everton v Arsenal is on Tuesday night.
Man City’s defeat 4-2 defeat at Leicester was a welcome surprise for most Gooners.
Chelsea beat West Brom 1-0 with a goal that took a long time to come.
Diego Costa scored in 76 after dispossessing Gareth McAuley near the corner flag.
Costa cut in and fired a wickedly accurate left-foot shot past Ben Foster.
Antonio Conte has a three-point lead over Wenger after 15 games.
Talking about Costa, Conte was laughing when he said,”I think it’s incredible that he can arrive in January without a yellow card – I hope!”
Right now, Diego Costa is more efficient than Aguero or Kane or Ibra.
If Costa plays in all the games, Chelsea could win the league quite comfortably.
