NOTHING MUCH happens in June, as I keep saying, because players are all on holiday right now.
It’s mostly unreliable, agent-inspired stories.
CANIZARES? I can’t see Wenger signing a 34-year old keeper.
He really likes Flavio Roma of Monaco.
But I think he will go for Paul Robinson, who is 23 and six foot four.
Goalkeeper is a key position. So he has to get it right.
I gather Harry Kewell prefers to come to Arsenal, rather than expose his face to hairdryer treatment by the belligerent Scot.
I’m sure Harry is utterly disgusted by Ferguson’s treatment of Beckham. As we all are.
Steve Carr is still desperate to join Arsenal.
But nothing will happen this week, so just enjoy summer.
Don’t stress over transfer spec.
It’s mostly garbage. It’s not that interesting.
I don’t spend more than ten minutes a day worrying about it.
Arsene will sign three big name players, I’m sure.
When he does it will be exciting.
Until then, relax!
And be lucky today.
