Yes, the second yellow card for Robin van Persie was the most ridiculous decision I have ever seen by a referee in my life.
On the morning of the game, Wenger said on the radio that he would not play Fabregas or Van Persie unless they were both 100% fit.
Fabregas and Van Persie were not fit !!!
With a 2-1 lead from the first leg, he went to the Nou Camp and played with nine men. And he picked Rosicky ahead of Arshavin.
His game-plan was : keep it to 0-0 for 70 minutes, then bring on some fit strikers and score a goal.
With eleven fit starters that might have worked.
Djourou and Koscielny stood tall, Wilshere was magnificent again, Almunia came on as a sub and played well, and the two banks of four kept Barcelona out out till Fabregas made a bad mistake in 45+3 minutes of the first half, allowing Messi to score.
