I go on a site that is all older guys like myself, and we have all had enough.
What my mates and me can’t believe is that when the protest took place ( in the ground ) the fans acting aggressively ( toward the protesters ) were middle aged like us, fellas that have been going for years .
No matter how I try to put myself in their shoes, I just can not fathom why they still support Wenger.
I get that a lot of new fans are passive, and probably want Wenger/ Kroenke gone, but don’t want to protest because either they are scared, or don’t believe it should be in the stadium.
But how else are we supposed to do it ?
Anyway, when I said old school, I meant fans that weren’t necessarly hooligans back in the day but fellas that stood up if they were picked on.
I don’t know if you know too much about the toxic atmosphere on match days.
The fellas who have banners HAVE to have protection, because the Wenger supporters are literally foaming at the mouth to get ” at them ” when the banners are revealed.
If you haven’t already seen it, read Kevin Whitcher’s latest piece in the Gooner, and you will get some idea. What a sad state of affairs.
I read at the weekend that Wenger had praised the Liverpool fans.
Pretty ironic then that they are allowed to take in whatever flags/ banners they wish, while Arsenal football club are sending their own people up to Manchester to confiscate any material that is anti-Wenger/Kroenke.

Let’s face it, this ghastly club don’t want fans with brains, don’t want fans with opinions.
Remember when Wenger got the hump with a fan who questioned his purchase of a Manchester United crock, a Frenchman called Sylvestre?
USED THAT AS AN EXCUSE TO NEVER FACE THE FANS AGAIN
Arsenal just want your money or, preferably, somebody else’s money, dosh from a customers who know nothing and will swallow the hype.
