Not as delusional as Wenger, but still out of touch with reality.
Last week, considering the upcoming fixtures, I thought: Arsenal have to beat Man United because they won’t beat Spurs.
That was my summary but not my headline.
On the Sunday Supplement, Henry Winter said, “Wenger has to win this.”
Thierry Henry, in the Sky studio with Graeme Souness before the game, said, “They have to win and win well.”
Souness said, “Big players are the difference in big games.”
Petr Cech was Arsenal’s only big player at Old Trafford.
