ANR comments : Bobby Robson/ Mourinho /Fabregas/TSF

From Gerry Griffin : Didn’t know how to lose

Lovely reprise of the late Sir Bobby’s comment about Arsenal , the time when Henry blew up at the ref (I think it was Graham Poll).

I was there that night.

When Newcastle beat us at Highbury we had about 105% of the possession but somehow lost.

From Balthazar Florentin-Lee

From John : Cesc

It is easy to talk like Cesc did last night but he needs to look himself in the mirror.

He had 5 great months when he joined Chelsea but has been missing in action since then, lacking in form and commitment on the field.

Evidence that he can be a leader is not displayed with a microphone in his hand on stage, it would be any sign of him leading by example on the field or in the dressing room. I do not know if he is providing leadership in that divided dressing room but have seen none of that from him during games.

From Miami Gooner  : The Secret Footballer

I’m reading the new TSF book, and had to laugh because you never mentioned it. Myles.

In the part about Wenger, he goes on about what a genius Wenger is – and then proceeds to explain how easy it was to beat Arsenal teams by being a bit physical….unreal….another idiot.

From Tony : Why Chelsea need a new attacking coach.

Hi Myles,

After read your recent post, I have to say it sounded like you were insinuating that Abramovich needs to sign an attacking coach that teaches attacking football to the whole team. Which inspires the fans and neutrals alike.

You do realise who you’re describing?

Myles says:

Certainly do.

Merry Xmas to you, Tony, to John & Gerry, to Miami Gooner & Balthazar.

And all Arsenal fans on the five continents.

And, especially, to ANR founder Ian Grant, who is on holiday in Bogota.

Hi Ian!
